Nokia N9

아~ 예쁘다. 그리고 멋지다. 앞면의 저 곡선...
그런데 OS가 meego다. 환장하겠다. 물론 심비안과 다르게 국내외 자동차 회사들이 meego를 선택했다고 하니 더 많은 발전이 있겠지만...
게다가 노키아가 에일리언 달빅 (Alien Dalvik)을 완벽히 구동시켜 준다면, 다시 N8을 기다렸듯이 기다릴 용의도 있다. 어차피 아이폰의 몇 가지 어플과 그 터치감만 포기하면 되니깐...ㅠ.ㅠ;

Love Card – RFID Digital Card to Help the Blind and Elderly Shop

Love Card, Your Shopping Guide!
Although it sounds like a love meter, the Love Card is actually a digital card that helps the blind and elderly shop in supermarkets independently. It’s basically a device that hangs around the neck and when activated, communicates with the wearer with audio feedback. It uses RFID technology to “read aloud” the prices of groceries, vegetables etc. Take your pick and keep moving down the aisle.

Blind CC Gets Refined
Braille Credit Card is a refined version of the Blind CC, but from a different designer. The card is much sleeker and easier to carry and is akin to regular credit cards we use. It displays the transaction in braille and reconfirms it with audio feedback. Innovation comes in the form of calculation tips and conversion facilities. It’s a practical solution for the visually impaired who loves plastic money as much as I do!
